Hemant K. Pandey completed his neurology training at West Virginia University Hospital, Morgantown, WV and graduated as the Chief Resident. He went on to complete a Fellowship in Electrophysiology encompassing Electromyography (EMG) and Electroencephalography (EEG) at University of Texas Health Science Center-MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX. He is board certified in Neurology along with sub-specialty board certification in Sleep Medicine, Vascular Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology. Dr. Pandey is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.
He served as the Stroke Director of the Stroke Program at Chandler Regional Medical Center and leader in the Mercy Gilbert Medical Center Stroke Program.

Simon Parkinson FNP-C

Simon grew up in North Wales before moving to London were he trained as a nurse. He moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1999, to work in field of neurosurgery at the Barrow Neurologic Institute. He worked there between 1999 and 2005 when he graduated as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University Phoenix.

Simon has been a nurse practitioner in family practice and neurosurgery, where he developed an interest in the care and treatment of patients with neck pain, back pain, neuropathy, as well as fostering a specific interest in the treatment and prevention of headaches. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Neuroscience Nursing and holds his CNRN certification.

He lives in Gilbert with his wife who is also from England, and his 2 children. His passion outside of being a nurse practitioner is cooking and catering and will regularly hold themed supper clubs. He and his 2 children are both heavily involved in the field of martial arts and practice Chinese Shaolin Kempo. 

Angela Rush FNP-C

Angela Rush has been a registered nurse for over 15 years specializing in critical care, neonatal intensive care, and telemetry. She graduated from Walden University with a M. Sc. in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner track, and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Association, Arizona Nurses Association, Sigma Theta Tau, and International Honor Society of Nursing.
Angela is originally from Detroit, Michigan, and moved to Arizona in July 2008. She lives here with her husband and 4 children (3 sons and 1 daughter) and she also has 2 grandsons whom she adores! She also has 2 Chihuahuas that complete her happy family! During her spare time she enjoys listening to heavy metal/hard rock music and enjoys going to concerts whenever possible! When she has downtime she likes to travel to new destinations. She plans of returning to school to obtain her doctorate degree in nursing and hopes to teach in the near future.               

Jacqueline (Jackie), is a native Arizonan who grew up in the rural town of Maricopa. She has lived in Mesa for the last 12 years with her husband, three children, and a two-year-old Whoodle. She enjoys spending time with her family, and photography during her free time.
She became a registered nurse in 2009, graduating from Central Arizona College with Honors. She has worked within many areas of nursing which include: MOHS surgery, spinal surgery, and the intensive care unit at multiple east valley hospitals. She graduated from the University of Arizona in 2018 with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice, and as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her doctoral dissertation educating the community about Advance Care Planning, and the importance of communicating end-of-life wishes with loved ones. She is passionate about holistic patient care, and incorporates this into improving the quality of life in patients with life-altering medical diagnoses.
She obtained board certification as a Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is also a member of:

  • Arizona Nurses Association 
  • American Nurses Association 
  • The American Academy of Neurology
  • Multiple Honors Societies in Nursing.

She is a recipient of the Daisy award for exceptional nurses, and is NIH stroke certified.
